There are two ways to participate in the P&C — as a Participant, or as a Financial Member.
Whether you have an hour a month or an hour a week, your contribution matters.
There is the most flexible way to join the P&C, you help when you can!
You are welcome to join discussions at formal P&C meetings, but do not have voting rights.
You can help on sub-committees, but cannot be elected to an executive position.
For a nominal annual fee ($2.00), you can become a formal member.
This gives you voting rights on how we spend our funds and the ability to help shape school-wide decisions.
Note that regular attendance is vital as we require a minimum number of members (a "quorum") to be present at meetings to legally pass any votes or make financial decisions.
